Our Process
1. Consultation
To begin, you need to get in touch with us. We will schedule an in-person or online consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your style, vision, and preferences—whether it’s a bespoke engagement ring, a custom necklace, or something entirely unique. We guide you through every step of the process.
2. Invoice & Deposit
Once the details are finalized, an invoice will be sent for approval. A 50% deposit is required before we proceed with crafting your piece.
3. Design & Concept
Every design is unique. Some pieces require a detailed 3D sketch for approval, while others may only need an inspiration photo. The design approach will depend on your specific vision and requirements.
4. Material Selection
We or you will get the chance to select from our range of ethically sourced mined diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanites, and precious metals to complement your design.
5. Crafting & Creation
Our master goldsmiths bring your piece to life, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
6. Final Product
Your finished jewellery is delivered in luxurious packaging with a certificate of authenticity, ready to be treasured for a lifetime.
